Dr Eunice Sari is an internationally recognised AI and digital technology product designer, educator, and diversity advocate with over 20 years of experience helping organisations across the USA, Europe, Australia, and Asia build products and services that truly work for everyone.
She is the Co-Founder and CEO of Customer Experience Insight (CX Insight), a Perth-based human-centred design research and consulting firm, and Co-Founder of UX Indonesia, the first insight-driven UX research company in Indonesia (est. 2002). She is also the co-founder of Marginpreneur, a platform that champions diverse entrepreneurs and innovators through its annual Diversity and Innovation Techfest, bringing together policymakers, industry leaders, and underrepresented founders.
In 2024, Eunice co-founded the Western Australian AI Hub (previously Perth AI Innovators), a community-led AI association dedicated to building sovereign AI capability in WA, connecting industry, government, academia, and startups to develop AI solutions that are safe, ethical, and inclusive.
Eunice holds a rare distinction as the first Asian female Google Expert Mentor in Product Design & Strategy and the first Asian female Google Certified Design Sprint Master. She is a Google Women Techmakers Ambassador, a Charles Darwin University Fellow, and an Adjunct Associate Professor. Lan Tran is a senior commercial leader with over three decades of experience in sales, marketing and strategic partnerships. Currently Chief Relationship Officer at EXTAG, she works across defence, mining and oil & gas, and is transitioning into fractional advisory roles.
She also serves on the advisory board of a digital asset venture, bringing commercial and strategic perspectives to emerging technology environments.
A former refugee, Lan sees change as an opportunity to adapt early and move ahead. Grounded in anthropology and humanist philosophy, she brings a behavioural lens to emerging technologies at the cusp of AI-driven transformation. She advocates for responsible adoption and strategic direction that strengthen human agency and ensure technological progress serves society.
