A champion for professional development and industry collaboration across Western Australia, Adam serves on the board of GRAI and has held leadership roles at CEDA and Gemstar. He advises local councils on access and inclusion, founded Kiwa Techwear, and holds an MBA from Murdoch University alongside a Think Big Entrepreneurship certificate.

A distinguished diplomat with 30 years of career trained at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, Paris I – Panthéon Sorbonne, and New York University. Ambassador Gallardo has represented Peru at the United Nations in New York, the Organization of American States in Washington, and has held senior roles in the Peruvian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ministry of Defence. He brings a unique geopolitical lens to the Australia–Latin America mining relationship.

With 20+ years of experience across diverse international environments, Francisco brings a global perspective to collaboration, technology, and problem-solving in mining. Originally from Colombia and having lived and worked across multiple countries, he is passionate about data-informed solutions, inclusive teams, and the power of cultural diversity to drive better outcomes in today's interconnected industry.
